For every new franchise, GRN delivers a specialized three week - two week - one-on-one (3-2-1 : 1) training system.
We start with a three-week initial training course, which includes GRN processes and best practices at our International Learning Center. This comprehensive course includes sales training, obtaining job orders, conducting effective candidate search, recruiting of candidates, successful interviewing skills and candidate assessment, reference checks, business negotiation skills and account management strategies. Also, all administrative and operating aspects of the business are covered.
You are given two more weeks of training in your franchise office. During this time, we focus with managers and consultants on the most prosperous, profitable ways your office can function.
Finally, we concentrate on providing one-on-one training with each franchise and member of your team to maximize performance and growth. Owners, managers and staff will receive formal instruction at our international learning center. We also furnish training resources over the GRN intranet, on DVD-based video instruction and through GRN University’s videoconferencing network.
